Clone of bug 2049005, but affecting the "forward" button
STR:
- Launch latest Android Nightly 154.0a1.
- Visit a website and navigate to a different page in the same tab.
- Navigate back on that same tab.
- Open three dot menu.
- Long-press forward arrow button.
Expected:
history panel appears with previously visited pages.
Actual:
Only the top line of history panel appears, history items are missing.
Works when long-pressing device back button.
