:timhuang could this have been caused by bug 2030052?
:atrif is it still reproducibile with browser.contentblocking.database.flushOnQuery.enabled turned to false?

Hello! I tried with Firefox 154.0a1 (2026-06-23) with browser.contentblocking.database.flushOnQuery.enabled turned to false on Windows 11 and macOS 26, and the issue is not reproducible. The trackers only register after the page is closed, as before, and not on page load. Please close this if this is expected after bug 2030052. Thanks!
L.E: I also ran mozregression and got the following pushlog: https://hg-edge.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=b22f15d1bd2ad43a4bcdf173a64ed8d7c8a26c8a&tochange=252964da4b82abf22a7df229d01063d24b68f0d5. Leaving this open for confirmation that this is intended, even though it appears to be.

This is an intentional change in how we record tracker counts in the tracking Database. After bug 2030052, we update live counts to the Database whenever the database gets accessed.
