:mkozinski, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 2031984, could you take a look? Also, could you set the severity field?

I find it extremely unlikely that changes to mobile/android/android-components/components/tooling/lint/ could possibly have an impact on this. Is the regressor set correctly?

Looks like these kind of tests started only running on the 24th on those platforms, 23rd and 22nd those weren't there running so most likely is an old issue that surfaced there.

Given that these wpts weren't running on Android previously, should we update the ini file to expect a timeout?

Add per-test prefs on Android to disable hardware video decoders
(mediadatadecoder_h264_enabled, mediadatadecoder_vpx_enabled). Hardware
decoders produce SurfaceTextureImage frames; once the compositor GL context
attaches to the SurfaceTexture, GetAsSourceSurface() from another context
fails silently, causing canvas drawImage() to produce black pixels and the
signal detector to never fire. Software decoders (libvpx/GMP) produce
PlanarYCbCrImage frames that GetAsSourceSurface() can always read.
Also remove the [TIMEOUT, OK] expected results since the test now passes
with software decoders.

Hello, verified in today's beta simulation and the failure is still here. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&resultStatus=testfailed%2Cbusted%2Cexception%2Cretry%2Cusercancel&revision=462f33feb94fd7e58424e16ea7e15be888b6d2df&searchStr=Android%2C14.0%2Cx86-64%2CLite%2CShippable%2Copt%2CWeb%2Cplatform%2Ctests%2Cwithout%2Cfission%2Cenabled%2Ctest-android-em-14-x86_64-shippable-lite%2Fopt-geckoview-web-platform-tests-nofis%2Cwpt32&selectedTaskRun=KcDIBiMISfO7Ye8bWe_jCw.0

The patch is not working in today's beta simulation: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&group_state=expanded&resultStatus=testfailed%2Cbusted%2Cexception%2Cusercancel&author=ctuns%40mozilla.com&fromchange=950490841361214eda70b54b0dcb7c289b93319e&tochange=9eefada3dbd5e2aac30dfbccd45b418b7c4202a7&searchStr=wpt&selectedTaskRun=ZwG2_J1YRNqDKdez94bRYA.1
Can you please have another look?

I'm confused the bug and fix were for the testing/web-platform/meta/webrtc/RTCPeerConnection-videoDetectorTest.html.ini. It seems you are linking a separate failing test /webrtc/RTCRtpSender-replaceTrack.https.html. Is it still seeing issues with videoDectetorTest? Or are we needing to discuss a different test case and possibly new bug?

Hello @dan
It seems to fail with this - line failure: TEST-UNEXPECTED-NOTRUN | /webrtc/RTCRtpSender-replaceTrack.https.html | ReplaceTrack null -> new track transmits the new track - expected PASS
and Im seeing this one as well:
TEST-UNEXPECTED-TIMEOUT | /webrtc/RTCDtlsTransport-onerror.html | fingerprint error is surfaced using RTCDtlsTransport.onerror - Test timed out
