Steps to reproduce:

Create a tab group in vertical tabs

Click on the label to collapse/expand

Expected:

There is an animation that shows the hairline expanding and collapsing and tabs being revealed/hidden (as seen in horizontal tab groups)

Actual:

There's no animation so items just appear and disappear
