We're currently using 8px for --panel-padding with Nova enabled, but looks weird/doesn't give us enough space around the panel content.
16px (which we use without the Nova pref enabled) looks a lot better, however we can't change this back without updating Figma accordingly. It seems in Figma we're expecting some of the space to come from the header/panel items...so we'll need to resolve this discrepancy.
