Steps to reproduce

1. Activate secret settings, by tapping 5 times on the Firefox for Android Nightly logo.
2. Go to secret settings and search for "uninstall survey" option.

Expected behavior

The option is displayed.

Actual behavior

The option isn't displayed.

Replaced the hardcoded channel check with the settings feature flag to allow dynamic control via Nimbus or Secret Settings.

Verified as fixed on the latest Firefox for Android nightly 154.0a1 from 6/28 using a Xiaomi Poco X7 Pro (Android 16).
