2051793 - The separator line next to the extensions title is missing from the Main Menu in Dark and Private Mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Set the app theme to dark or navigate to the private mode.
2. Navigate to a webpage and tap on 3 dots menu.
3. Expand the Extensions submenu and check for a separator line between the extensions title and '+'/'x'/'gear' icon.

Expected behavior

The separator line is successfully displayed such as in light mode.

Actual behavior

The divider line next to the extensions title is not displayed in dark theme or private mode, whether or not extensions are installed.
