Steps to reproduce
- Go to Settings - Search - Default search engine.
- Tap on the "+ Add search engine" option from the bottom of the page.
- Observe the "Save" button.
Expected behavior
When the form is empty or the URL is invalid, the 'Save' button should reflect a disabled state and prevent interaction.
Actual behavior
- 'Save' button looks active but does nothing when tapped.
- There is no visual difference between disabled and enabled state.
