[request] How about blocking anything from specific servers?

Depending on the situation that lots of advertising server are using Flash and
JavaScript/IFrames and much more so called "RichMedia". I don't like redirects
and other advertising things used with e.g. Flash. But well used Flash I like to
use. So it would be nice to block inclusions/integrations of things like
IFrames, Flash and other things entirely from specific servers in general.
