This ticket is for tracking the creation, signing, and uploading of a fenix release build with Android Automotive hardware enabled in the manifest. This needs to be uploaded to the Android Automotive internal testing track in the google play console. The build must be signed by the production key to be eligible for upload to the play console.

Once uploaded, I will add testers from Google that will review the current state of the app. They will provide feedback for modifications we need to make in order to be eligible for an Android Automotive OS release.
