Steps to reproduce

1. Have 2 Wikipedia tabs opened.
2. Ask the Assistant to group those 2 tabs without asking for confirmation.

Expected result

• Both Tabs are grouped together.

Actual result

• The Assistant will perform a Search Tabs tool call and stop there.
