build ID: 2003051105 on Linux (also crashed 2003050908 on Linux)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Load URL http://msn.espn.go.com/main.html
2. Make sure you see the whole page, reload if not (bug 205165),
3. Mouse over the menus and submenus on the left handside (they have an orange
cross) called "More Sports" and "Sports Nation,
4. Mozilla crashes.
Talkback client didn't popup. A debug build from 20030430 didn't crash.
Could be a dupe of bug 204781.

Talkback IDs from bug 205165 comment 7: (build 2003050908 on Win98)
TB19985436Q, TB19985660E,
3rd try TB19985436Q is cleanest, after start of mozilla opened tab with bug,
waited loading, opened tab with URL, waited loading, then made crash happen as
described in that comment, with DocWatson adresses.
I could hover over the menue entries opening and closing submenues, as long as I
would. Crash reproducible was started when hovering the submenue.
Touching an entry in the submenue: seems to start disk activity, crash.

nsIFrame::GetFrameState is at the top, but
nsEventStateManager::GenerateMouseEnterExit is not far behind
