We need to audit the usage and replace with another macro before August 17, when Nightly 155 merges to Beta.

Hi Steve, the EARLY_BETA_ORE_EARLIER usage in TypedArray was added in bug 1865987.
Can you please audit it and update it properly? Thank you.
