When the privacy option Tools>Options>Privacy>Save Form Information>"Save Form
information I enter..." is _un_checked, the browser still continues to save and
autocomplete forms. Clearing the information does the right thing, but the next
time a form is used, the saved information begins to be stored again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uncheck Tools>Options>Privacy>Save Form Information>"Save Form information I
enter..."
2. Close and reopen browser. Verify that the option is still unchecked.
3. Use a webform, for example, http://mail.yahoo.com
4. Close and reopen browser
5. Use the same webform again.
Actual Results:
Firebird attempts to complete the form for you with stored information.

Expected Results:
Nothing. Let me complete the form on my own.
