Meta tracking the content-readiness workstream for IPC Urlbar: making the urlbar's content-side modules safe to load and run in a privileged content process -- moving the view and result objects out of system modules, making getLogger and shared constants content-safe, decoupling content code from parent-only services (SearchService, the observer service), and converting chrome-only menus (menupopup) to content-capable markup (panel-list).
