E.g. user could view an e-mail and select Reply-Thanks: which will result in replying to e-mail with predefined answer in body text; or Reply-Remove: which will result in reply with remove on the subject line; or Reply-tomorrow: which will result in reply with e.g text "thanks, i'll reply tomorrow", etc, etc?
