Preconditions:

• ETP set to Standard in Normal and Private Browsing Modes
• Account needed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://gofiber.ph
2. Perform account login
3. Access: https://gofiber.ph/customer and observe

Expected Behavior:
The page loads

Actual Behavior:
Stuck loading

Notes:

• Reproduces in ETP Strict and Standard (Normal and Private Browsing)
• Does not reproduce in firefox-nightly, firefox-release, and chrome
• Credentials provided by user, at request

I'm guessing that this is a TCP failure given the STR and that it is all ETP enabled states. We may be able to shim this, but I can't reproduce this personally without credentials.
