As part of Bug 2051559 we are introducing a new domain specific webcomponent to provide the user a UI to switch the active themes between light/dark/device mode.

A similar UI is also included inside the theme-picker reusable component introduced by Bug 2050524.

This bugzilla issue is tracking looking into replacing aboutaddons-themes-mode (or part of it) with a reusable component shared between about:addons and the theme-picker reusable component, so that we can more easily keep them consistent between each other in the longer term.
