When I have a long HTML page, like Bugzilla, and I am clicking on one item, then
click back, the original page should be already scrolled to the original
position. It may not be a bug but more like a feature request.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a long list with URLs
2. scroll down few pages
3. click on a link, then click back button

Actual Results:
original page is not scrolled back to the original position, but it is scrolled
to the top

Expected Results:
original page scrolled in the start position, the position scrolled to before
click link/back
Maybe this connected with 217120 ?
