STR:
- Create several container tabs in different containers
- Open many vertical tabs, so the sidebar scrolls
- Mouse over the sidebar
Expected:
Container tab indicators remain visible, see non-nova screenshot
Actual:
Container tab indicators are covered with the scrollbar, see nova screenshot
Note: these screenshots are from a machine with HCM enabled, but this issue affects both HCM and non-HCM users
