User Story
As a user of the `manage.py ingest` command, I would like to see the `git-pushes` as an ingestion type in the output of `--help`

Description
The git-pushes ingestion type is supported by code but missing from the help text, confusing users about available options.
Task
Update the ingestion.py script and add git-pushes as a supported ingestion type
