Introduce a new top-level trainhopConfig payload for the Picture of the Day widget (e.g. trainhopConfig.widgetPictureOfTheDay.enabled, ...), separate from the generic per-widget trainhopConfig.widgets.pictureOfTheDay.* geometry/placement dimensions. This mirrors the existing trainhopConfig.widgetsSettings.* payload pattern (see common/WidgetsRegistry.mjs and lib/PrefsFeed.sys.mjs), giving POTD its own feature-level train-hop config for enabling the widget and its sub-features (e.g. set-as-wallpaper) independently of the shared widget dims.
