205428 - Profile Manager displays incorrect profile path

When creating a profile in Firebird/Phoenix build 20030511, the path to the
profile is displayed wrong. It only shows up to the second last key press, it
doesn't have to be a character, a backspace will cause the last character to be
displayed (when it has actually just been deleted).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new profile
2. Enter a profile name (ex. John Doe)


Actual Results:  
Displayed path:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles\John Do
Created path:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles\John Doe

Expected Results:  
Displayed path:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Phoenix\Profiles\John Doe

Doesn't work on Mozilla either => need to search for related Mozilla bug and
reassign if necessary...
