Steps to reproduce:

Open any YouTube video via m.youtube.com (mobile view), go into landscape (fullscreen) mode, tap on the settings (gear) icon in top right corner

Actual results:

Nothing

Expected results:

Should open YouTube settings GUI. Working fine in 153.0b12 Beta currently though.
