We want to move off of old lando for try pushes.

While we had planned to uplift code changes that allowed it on the way to esr153 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2032279, it may be easier, and a much smaller patch, to just update the .lando.ini, and hardcode the lando_instance_id in the treeherder and percompare URLs.
