2055888 - Nova-only test failure in browser_drag_to_pin.js and browser_sidebar_pinned_tabs.js

I believe that bug 2052309 landed with Nova-specific changes that broke the existing test when Nova was enabled. This wasn't visible because we still only run Nova-enabled tests as tier 3 non-blocking tests. We should fix this before Nova becomes enabled by default around July 27.
