STR:
- Launch latest Nightly 154.0a1 on Ubuntu 26.04 (Wayland).
- Create multiple tabs.
- Hover the mouse cursor over the tabs without leaving the tab strip.
Expected:
Tab hover previews are consistently shown for each tab hovered.
Actual:
Tab hover previews are only shown twice before they stop appearing until the cursor leaves the tab strip.
