2055998 - when i enter some text in the address bar and hold the enter key, the request gets sent again and again until i release the enter key, i believe the request should be sent only once

Steps to reproduce:

1-enter some text in the address bar
2-hold enter key

Actual results:

the search request is triggered continuously until i release the enter key (focus on the reload button in the attached file)

Expected results:

the search request should be executed only once, doesnt matter if i press and hold the enter key or just release it instantly after pressing it

Attachment: error-code.mp4 - it shows that we are submitting too many requests on a website and it hits the rate limit of the website for a few seconds

this bug can be used by someone to send too many requests in a very short span of time to a website which can affect their internal server
