The toolbar and a lot of top padding are appearing in the Homepage (about:home) tab thumbnail. The Homepage thumbnail should ideally focus on only the Homepage content and exclude the toolbar.

- Capture the bounds of the homepage content in order to crop the thumbnail screenshot to those bounds so the tabs tray shows only the homepage content.
