Added a pref for CRAM-MD5, named useSecAuth. It's disabled by default and can be enabled in prefs.js and about:config at the moment. It should be added a UI in 1.5. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Disabled by default. It should be specific for every account, I guess.
Please set target milestone to Mozilla 1.5a.
