One has to use use the tabs' context menu to close the tab. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Press Ctrl-T to open a new tab 2. Press Ctrl-W to close this newly created tab 3. Actual Results: Tab isn't closed Expected Results: Tab should be closed As soon as the tab has some "contents" (is no longer "Untitled"), Ctrl-W works as expected. For example: 1. Press Ctrl-T to open a new tab 2. Enter "about:plugins" in URL bar of this newly created tab 3. Press Ctrl-W to close this tab
