2057645 - SVG animations (download toolbarbutton, confirmation checkmark) not updated for Nova

The downloads icon was updated for Nova but the animations from normal state -> in progress and in progress -> finished still use Proton designs. When running a download, there is a brief flash between different styles.

The ConfirmationHint is a moving version of a checkmark icon that got updated for Nova.
