This bug reportedly affects only Linux 22.04. The test does not run with this environment in production by default and the failure might be an issue with the Wayland graphical display system on Linux. Feel free to remove the bug from blocking nova tests and to re-enable test. (This is message is an update to several bugs.)

I've not been able to hit this failure locally, and also didn't hit it in my push to try including the linux2404-64/opt-mochitest-browser-chrome-swr-a11y-checks-1 job. I retriggered it a couple more times to see if it fails intermittently at least once without any skip-if.
It may be an unrelated intermittent, but it doesn't seem to be related to Nova.
I'll attach a patch to remove the skip-if (and I'm removing this from the blockers for Bug 2049911).
