Preconditions
- ensure Nova is enabled
- ensure that sidebar is enabled
- ensure that user is signed in to sync
Steps to reproduce
- Open Sidebar > Tabs from other devices or the History panel.
- Observe the Time or the device names.
Expected result
- There is no hover effect on the Device name or the time as in Figma
Actual result
- There is a hover effect on the Device names from sync and the time from the history panel.

- N/A.

- Attached a screenshot.
- Not reproducible without nova

This is behaviour we pick up from moz-card. I guess this is a -moz-native-theme thing. The variable giving us that hover color resolves to --button-background-color-hover which gets different values for nova etc.
