Details
(Whiteboard: [2012 Fall Equinox])
Build: 2003-05-14-16
Platform: All
Expected Results: Bookmarks should be sorted by date
What I got: When sorting a folder (containing bookmarks) using Last Visited,
Last Modified, or Added, the sort uses the bookmark's name instead of date.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Select Manage Bookmarks
2) Display the column: Last Visited
3) Create a new folder containing three different bookmarks
4) Open each bookmark in the browser so that the Last visited column shows a
date. Make the bottom most bookmark in this folder have the most recent date
that was visited.
5)Now mouse down on bookmark containing these three bookmarks and select 'Sort
Folder' from the contextual menu.
6) In Sort dialog, select 'Last Visited' and click ok.
7) The sort that is completed is done based on name not date.

Actually I think this was about reverting sort order of columns which display a
date.

I've gone into my bookmarks list a few times recently only to find the bloody
thing sorted on me. I suspect it happens when I type or click or something that
accidentally brings up the bookmark window --- it's probably accidentally
sorting them too, but it's a real nuisance after I've carefully organized them
so that the ones I frequent or are most important are first in the list. It
would be nice if I could specify an order, or at least have an option to disable
sorting.
