hitting www.aqua.org, almost none of the hyperlinks on the left side menus can
be accessed by clicking on them. I also have a similar problem with my online
bank run by mids.com.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.access http://www.aqua.org
2.click on tickets
3.click on prices
Actual Results:
http://www.aqua.org/prices.html did not come up.
Expected Results:
http://www.aqua.org/prices.html should have appeared

dupe of "Clicking wrongfully fires onmouseout"
clicking fires a mouseout event on the menu before the click. the mouseout
yanks the menu out from under the click which gets tossed.
