I cannot use the autocomplete function for forms. Every time I want to enter my
mail address or phone number on a new or the same web pages, I have to enter it
completely. There is no autocomplete function available even I store the
information in the form manager.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any web site with a form.
2. Enter my mail address
3. nothing happens (no auto complete)



Expected Results:  
the form should be autocompleted after I start typing the first letters or
numbers into the same form field (i.e. email address).

I am using the English Version of Mozzilla but it's running on a Japanese WinXP
Pro.

MASS-CHANGE:
This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project. This means that it was logged against the old Mozilla suite and we cannot determine that it's still valid for the current SeaMonkey suite. Because of this, we are setting it to an UNCONFIRMED state.
