2058856 - Hover To Expand Vertical Tabs Doesn't Work On Corners with New UI (Project Nova)

Attachment: As you can see, when I keep the cursor around the tab area, it does expand, but if I drag the cursor to the very corner, it does not expand.

Steps to reproduce:

• Enable Project Nova UI (if on stable version v153). Nightly v155 already have it enabled, so can skip it.
• Enable Vertical Tabs
• Enable "Hover to Expand"
• Drag cursor quickly to the edge of the vertical tab area

What happened? (actual results) :

Vertical tabs does not expand when the cursor goes to the corner of the tab area.

What should have happened? (expected results):

Tabs should have expanded if our cursor goes to the corner of vertical tab area.

Thank you for the report. We will remove the space to the left of the sidebar at the edge of your screen in bug 2062351, which will make it so that the cursor will always hover on the sidebar when you do this.
