Details

https://johanlorenzo.github.io/aretestsfastyet/reviewbot.html shows these tasks are often taking around 40 minutes. I've looked at a few (e.g. https://firefoxci.taskcluster-artifacts.net/X7YffEAZQ86fGT7ssz9fOA/0/public/logs/live_backing.log) and they all are spending most of their time cloning.

Anything we can do here?

Finish the git migration? (We're also looking at potentially not using vcs clone and just fetching a tarball, but we probably won't do that on hg.)
