User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030514 Mozilla Firebird/0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030514 Mozilla Firebird/0.6 When typing something into the address bar and then switching tabs (switch to some other Tab and back again), the typed text gets lost. This is pretty annoying as sometimes I like to type in half URLs and switch pages to complete them (ie get a reference code or sth that you need to add as parameter). This could also be a 'problem' in Mozilla but I can't check that. (Don't have Mozilla) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open up multiple tabs 2. Type an URL into the address bar (Don't hit Enter) 3. Switch to a different tab 4. Switch back to the tab you had when you typed the URL Actual Results: After switching back to the original tab, the address bar shows 'about:blank', the typed text is lost. Expected Results: Show the typed text (store it in an array and recover it when coming back) Workaround: Before switching, copy/paste the text to somewhere else like Notepad. (Could be regarded as feature request as well)
