Screenshot of the tab bar for a group: one tab, one split-view, a few more tabs. All tabs are underlined in the colour of the group; the split view tab underline flies up above the text.
Maybe similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2029082, but the effect is far larger in Nova.

Hey :shtrom, can you still reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly version? And what platform are you using?
I couldn't reproduce on Nightly 156 with macOS nor Ubuntu. It's possible that the bug got fixed elsewhere.
