[Notes]:

• This issue is reproducible regardless of whether Nova is enabled or not.
• This issue is not reproducible on the “DEVICE_MIGRATION_FXA_CTA_EXP1” while enrolled in the “Account Adoption PXI Menu - Rollout Fx143+”.
• I couldn’t validate this issue in Firefox Release builds because I couldn’t force enroll in this rollout.

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox Nightly 155.0a1 (Build ID: 20260729213106)
• Firefox Beta 154.0b4 (Build ID: 20260729090538)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Windows 10 x64
• macOS 15.7.3
• Ubuntu 24.04.1

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest Firefox Nightly 155.0a1 build installed/extracted and opened.
• Have the Nimbus Devtools extension installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Force enroll in the “Account Adoption PXI Menu - Rollout V3” using the Nimbus Devtools extension.
2. Restart the browser and click the Account toolbar icon.
3. Press the down arrow key and observe the outline focus of the “X” button.

[Expected result]:

• The focus outline of the “X” button is fully visible.

[Actual result]:

• The focus outline is clipped in the top‑right corner, making it incomplete.

Headsup that rollout is being ended and the callout will be removed but this issue is reproducible with the menu message set to default card as well.

I have verified this issue using the latest Firefox Nightly 156.0a1 (Build ID: 20260821040942) build on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 24.04.1, and macOS 15.7.3.

• I can confirm that the focus outline of the “X” button is fully visible, regardless of whether Nova is enabled or not.
