(<CR> really shouldn't == submit...) My mozilla Personal Toolbar Folder doesn't display, even after setting it to do so in the bookmark manager. Also, in the bookmark manager, 'new folder' is a noop. This is with both 1.4b and with current nightly. No problems with 1.4a, nor with Firebird.

The personal toolbar component does appear to be profile-related. I moved my .mozilla directory, and the Personal Toolbar Folder created in the new bookmarks works; I was even able to add something to it. New Folder/Separator are still noops.

Tried to, but it looks like I've also got the composer.
To verify that this is the correct dupe, check for errors in the JavaScript console. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 200048 ***

This really seems to be two bugs, the personal toolbar folder is bug 200048, while the inability to create new folder seems more like bug 205138.
I'm not seeing anything in the Javascript console. But I suspect a resolution of the other bugs in question will affect if not fix this one.
I should also note that I did a build from CVS in the last day or so, and the problem is not gone.
