This bug is for drafting the in-app and and https://connect.mozilla.org/ messaging.

For in app messaging, we need:

• Labs Title
• Labs Description
• Mozilla Connect URL

For linked messaging, we need:
A Mozilla Connect URL with messaging, blog links, changelog, etc. is also needed.

We need messaging for two items:

• Release + Beta for a Fission Isolate High Value Lab
• Nightly for a Fission Isolate Everything Lab
