Preconditions

• browser.search.region set to US
• browser.nova.enabled set to true
• browser.urlbar.merino.timeoutMs set to 2000 (if not based in the US).

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Trigger a marketplace suggestion / top pick. (type qqq or nasdaq in the address bar).
3. Hover over or keyboard select one of the top pick suggestions.

Expected result

• The favicon for the top pick respects the nova design (with rounded corners) and is correctly displayed.

Actual result

• The favicon is not contained on the hover/selection background. Does not have rounded corners as per nova design.

Additional notes

• Not sure about the regressor as there are couple of Nova favicon changes inside that patch.
