Multiple WPT test cases in /css/css-color/parsing/alpha-color-computed.html assert that the serialization of the resolved value of alpha(from <legacy-origin-color> / alpha) uses legacy color syntax. This differs from all other relative color functions which always use the modern color(...) syntax (reference). This was raised by Sam from WebKit in w3c/csswg-drafts#13994, and spec edits were made to ensure that alpha() also uses the modern syntax (comment).
This bug is to update these WPTs to use the correct color() serialization for these resolved values. Note that Firefox already correctly serializes these as color() and was previously failing these tests; this task is therefore just to update the WPTs.
