Would be better if it became multi-line as for example in Konqueror. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Find a web site having a link with a long title attribute 2. Hover over the link 3. Actual Results: Displayed only the beginning of the title attribute text. Ended with "..." Expected Results: Display the entire attribut on several lines
