Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a recurring event.
2. Enter some text into the Description field.
3. Save the event.
4. Move one occurrence of the series to another day (creating an exception).
5. Open the moved occurrence and choose "Edit this occurrence only".

Actual results:

The Description field is empty.

Expected results:

The moved occurrence should inherit and display the description from the recurring series unless it has explicitly been overridden.

Hello!
I have tested this issue on macOS Sonoma 15.4.7 on TB  153.0.2esr(20260804042004) and TB140.12.1esr(20260628021646) and I was not able to reproduce it.

I created a recurring event and entered text in the Description field, then saved the event. I moved one occurrence of the recurring series to another day,  and opened the moved occurrence using Edit this occurrence only. The Description field was still populated with the description from the recurring series.

Could you provide some details in order to help us.WHt OS and TB versions you are using? And also what calendar type are you using when reproducing this issue, is it a local calendar, CalDav, Google calendar?

WFM as well.

Please reopen if you find a way to reproduce.
