After updating Firefox, opening the Password Manager from the main menu results in a blank page. The Password Manager frame is displayed, but no saved passwords are listed.
Browser Console shows NS_ERROR_UNKNOWN_HOST error. A different error than in bug 1924704.
Interestingly, the Password Manager works correctly when opened from the sidebar.
During troubleshooting, it was discovered that the identity.fxaccounts.remote.root preference points to a different URL than expected. A SUMO contributor suggested this may be related to the previously used Chinese Firefox Accounts server, which is apparently no longer active.
