206125 - Bookmarks Toolbar will not go away

I cannot get the Bookmarks toolbar to go away. When I select the menu item
Edit->Toolbars->Bookmarks, the toolbar doesn't go away and the menu item is
still active (with checkmark).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot up Firebird 0.6
2. Select Edit->Toolbars->Bookmarks
3. Look

Actual Results:  
Nothing. That's the bug ;)

Expected Results:  
The Bookmarks toolbar should have gone away, and the menu item should have
become unchecked.

Confirmed using Firebird/2003-05-16 (0.6), though the menu item is
"View/Toolbars/Bookmarks Toolbar" rather than Edit.
